Is easily the most intriguing new community in central Alabama. We have reserved a special piece of the Emerald Mountain property to create a special Garden Home neighborhood.

A beautiful tree covered parcel located just across the street from the Emerald Mountain Golf Course is the setting for River Birch Park. Our concept was to create neighborhood that had blended views of golf course, lakes and a tree covered park. With the concept firmly in place and with the help of our land planners, River Birch Park was created.

The outside perimeter of River Birch Park is Golf Course and streams. Five different holes touch River Birch. Holes number 10, 11, 16, 17 and 18 surround the area creating a wonderful rear yard buffer for each and every lot in River Birch. No fewer than six different lakes and two streams are incorporated in these five holes.

River Birch lots face a circular street, which surrounds a twenty-five acre community park. The park is covered with mature trees. The end result for each property owner is lot frontage on the park and rear lot views along a gorgeous golf course and lakes.

The Garden Home concept allows each property owner to build home with a minimal lot to maintain. Protective covenants are in place to protect to views of the Golf Course from each lot and keep the street scene along the Park aesthetically pleasing. Home design will be in keeping with the traditional Emerald Mountain theme.
